The items I ordered were significantly delayed and I continued to check the tracking status periodically and I have been messaging the owner for status updates. The tracking was stalled at the same location for 12 days. I was messaging the owner asking for either a replacement or a refund because I needed the items by a certain date and they have done neither. The order finally updated today on 2/19/2019 saying it was delivered 11 days ago but that is false. I have still not received the order and I have not gotten a refund. I will never be ordering from them again.
